CBI Opens Charleston Office in Morrison Yard 

New location offers more square footage and a broader view of MillerKnoll and Falkbuilt brands 

CHARLESTON, S.C., AUGUST 31, 2023 – CBI, the Platinum Certified MillerKnoll dealer in Charleston, has moved its King Street office to a new space in the acclaimed Morrison Yard building developed by The Keith Corporation, Origin Development Partners and Mixson Properties. CBI’s new address is 850 Morrison Dr. Ste 550, Charleston, SC 29403. 

CBI has served clients in Charleston and surrounding areas since 2001 and is the leading workplace solutions provider in the area. The move to Morrison Yard offers Associates a newly designed and modern workspace with enhanced technology solutions and collaborative areas. The office also hosts an onsite Experience Lab that presents partner brands, MillerKnoll and Falkbuilt, in a more thoughtful and interactive way to clients. The central location of Morrison Yard benefits both clients and Associates as its position at the base of the Ravenel Bridge serves as the anchor point of downtown Charleston’s surrounding communities. 

CBI partnered with many industry partners to complete ensure the build-out of the new space met both business and client needs. Leasing was handled by JLL, architecture and design by LS3P, and general contracting managed by Balfour Beatty Construction. Special thanks to Playbook Management Company for their project management services.
