Bob spent the last 10 years of his long and accomplished career with CBI Workplace Solutions serving as an instrumental leader helping us triple the size of our business. Bob was respected and loved by Associates across all our markets. Bob embodied our Live Love Serve Philosophy and was an impactful community leader.

Bob’s accomplished career began in 1972 at LOTH Inc. and he went on to work at Haworth, Hetherwick & Associates, Kimball Office, Inscape, RJE and finally CBI Workplace Solutions. 

Bob’s many business accomplishments are too numerous to list however his greatest accomplishments were how positively he impacted everyone he engaged with throughout his life. Bob was a loving father, husband, and friend to all. Bob will be forever known for his kindness and the servant leadership he provided. 

Bob is survived by his wife Brenda Brodt, daughter Lauren Theodore, son Austin Theodore, stepsons Cody Steebner, Dillon Steebner, brother Randy Theodore, aunt Nancy Tipton and niece Autumn Theodore.

While we no longer have Bob in our physical presence, we can take comfort in knowing that Bob is resting in eternal glory with our Lord and Savior. The CBI family is focused on celebrating Bob and taking care of Brenda during this challenging time. We invite you to join us for a Celebration of Life in Bob’s honor, the details are found below.
