INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW

CBI is always seeking to recruit the most talented individuals to add to our team, and as a result, we have developed a competitive Internship program for dedicated college students in our markets. Developed with the goal of achieving the following four objectives, the LeadingEDGE Internship Program provides students with the opportunity to learn all areas of workplace interiors, A&D, and the Workplace Solutions and Interior Construction business while gaining basic corporate experience before they graduate.

The Four Key Objectives Of The LeadingEDGE Internship Program Are To:

Expand CBI’s scope of outreach and enhance our ability to give back in our local communities.

Provide educational opportunities for students at our partner universities to help them better understand the realities of working in the interior solutions industry.

Increase students’ knowledge of CBI, MillerKnoll, and Falkbuilt along with their relationship to A&D Firms, Real Estate, General Contractors and Corporate Communities within our markets.

Provide students with future career opportunities at CBI, or within the industry, and allow CBI to develop a future talent pool that is critical to our continued success.

There are two different opportunities CBI offers students.
